1 Atkins Endulge Coconut Chocolate Bar = 3 g net carbs
2 boiled eggs = 1 g carbs
2 no-sugar added sweet gherkins = 1 g carbs

TOTAL CARBS @ Snack: 5 grams of carbs


LUNCH - 3:00 p.m.:

1 bite of turkey burger (ew) = 0 g carbs
2 slices low-fat cheese = 1 g carbs
2 cups spinach = 1 g carbs
caesar dressing = 1 g carbs
blue cheese = .5 g carbs
1 no-sugar-added sweet gherkin .5 g carbs

TOTAL CARBS @ Lunch: 4 grams of carbs

DINNER - 7:00 p.m.
