Lunch - 12:00 p.m.:

1.5 cups of spinach = 1 g carbs
2 servings of tyson chicken strips = 3 g carbs
black olives = 1 g carbs
2 boiled eggs = 1 g carbs
bacon = 0 g carbs
shredded mozzarella = 1 g carbs
Olive oil & vinigar = 1 g carbs

TOTAL CARBS @ lunch: 9 g carbs

Dinner - 8:30 p.m.:
shrimp scampi = 5 g carbs
Zucchini Squash = 3 g carbs
Soy Mozzarella = 0 g carbs
