3/4 cup sliced zucchini = 2 g carbs

TOTAL: 3.5 g carbs


SNACK - 4:00 p.m.:

Cauliflower = 3.5 g carbs
2 green onions = 0.5 g carbs
radishes = 0.5 g carbs
blue cheese dressing = 2 g carbs

DINNER - 9:00 p.m.
