BREAKFAST:
10:15 a.m.

3 fried eggs = 1.5 g carbs
2 slices low fat provolone cheese = 0.5 g carbs
4 slices sausage = 2 g carbs
mayo = 0 g carbs

TOTAL = 4 grams of carbs

LUNCH 3:00 p.m.:

1 can of Tuna = 0 g carbs
mayo = 0 g carbs
2 no sugar added sweet gherkins = 1 g carbs
2 tbsp red onion = 1 g carbs
2 boiled eggs = 1 g carbs
1/2 cup diced peaches in water, sweetened w/splenda = 6 g carbs

TOTAL = 9 grams of carbs

SNACK (while grocery shopping):

1/4 of a peach = 2 g carbs

TOTAL: 2 grams of carbs

DINNER - 8:00 p.m.:

1 gouda & portabella burger w/mozzarella cheese = 2 g carbs
asiago cheese dressing = 0.5 g carbs
cauliflower = 1.5 g carbs
1 slice of tomato & 2 green onions = 1 g carbs

TOTAL: 5 grams of carbs

TOTAL GRAMS OF CARBS FOR THE DAY: 20 grams of carbs
