BREAKFAST

LUNCH:

1 baconater, no bun = 2 g carbs
(carbs from mayo & cheese)

1 side caesar salad = 5 g carbs
(4 from lettuce, 1 from dressing)

TOTAL = 7 g carbs

SNACK - 4:30 p.m.:

1 sugar free jello = 0 g carbs
2 tbsp cream cheese = 1 g carbs
2 tsp splenda = 1 g carbs

TOTAL = 2 g carbs

DINNER 7:30 p.m.:

1 black and blue steak (stuffed w/blue cheese) = 1 g carb
asparagus = 5 g carbs

TOTAL = 7 grams carbs

while making an atkins cheesecake, i licked the spatula...
2 tbsp cream cheese w/2 tsp splenda = 3 g carbs

TOTAL = 3 grams carbs

TOTAL CARBS FOR THE DAY: 19 g carbs

carbs from vegees: 
lettuce = 4
asparagus = 5
TOTAL: 9 grams of carbs from vegees.
10 g carbs from "other"
