2 pieces of sausage, 3 pieces of bacon & 3 slices of tomatoes = 1.5

LUNCH

SNACK - after the gym 5:00 p.m.

1 scoop of EvoPro Chocolate Protein Powder = 1 g carbs
1 tsp L-Glutamine = 0 g carbs

TOTAL = 1 g carbs

SNACK - 6:45 p.m.

1 slice of mozzarella cheese = 1 g carbs
7 blueberries = 1 g carbs

TOTAL = 2 g carbs

DINNER 8:30 p.m.

Ahi Tuna Steak / Lemon Pepper = 1 g carbs
Creamy Spinach = 1 g carbs
Broccoli = 4 g carbs

TOTAL = 6 g carbs

TOTAL CARBS FOR THE DAY: 12 grams of carbs
