1/2 tsp vanilla & almond extract = 0.5 g carbs
2 tbsp cream = 0 g carbs

2 sausage patties = 1 g carbs
1 black chai tea w/cinnamon & cream = 0 g carbs

+1000 mg Fish Oil
+1000 iu Vitamin D
+500 mg Vitamin C
+1 multivitamin

TOTAL = 3.5 g carbs

SNACK 4:30 p.m.

1 whey protein shake + 4500mg L-Glutamine = 1 g carbs

TOTAL = 1 g carbs

LUNCH 5:00 p.m.

mcdonald's premium grilled chicken breast (no bun, no mayo)
1 Chicken breast = 2 g carbs
1 tomato slice = 1 g carbs

(added at home):
mayo = 0 g carbs
1 flax seed bun = 2.5 g carbs

1 side salad = 1 g carbs
blue cheese dressing = 1 g carbs
+1000 mg Cinnamon
+1000 mg Metformin
+50 mg CoQ10

TOTAL = 7.5 grams of carbs

DINNER 8:30 p.m.

CHICKEN SALTIMBOCCA Sautéed chicken breasts layered with fresh sage and prosciutto, topped with artichoke hearts, our lemon butter sauce and capers = 2 g carbs?
