1/2 tsp splenda = 0.5 g carbs
1/2 tsp vanilla, almond & chocolate extracts (1/2 each) = 0.5

cinnamon & nutmeg = 0 g carbs

Mock Toast:
3 tbsp flax seed = 2 g carbs (6 g fiber)
1 egg = 0.5 g carbs
butter, pinch of baking powder, cinnamon = 0 g carbs

2 pieces sausage = 1 g carbs

+1 multivitamin
+1 Vitamin D 1000 iu
+1 Vitamin C 500 mg
+1 Fish Oil 1000 mg

TOTAL = 5.5 g carbs

SNACK 2:00 p.m.

Pork Rinds = 0 g carbs
blue cheese dressing = 1 g carbs

TOTAL = 1 g carbs

DINNER 7:00 p.m.

Weber Grill

Tomato Basil Chicken
Grilled Chicken = 0 g carbs
Sundried Tomatoes = 2 g carbs
Onions = 1.5 g carbs
Garlic Spinach = 1 g carbs
some of mom's Salad w/blue cheese dressing = 2 g carbs
+2 metformin (1000 mg)
+2 cinnamon pills (1000 mg)

TOTAL = 6.5 g of carbs

TOTAL carbs for the day: 13 grams of carbs
