SNACK 11:00 a.m.

TOTAL = 0 g carbs


LUNCH: 1:15 p.m.

2 pieces of lettuce = 0 g carbs
black olives = 1 g carbs
1 slice of pepper jack cheese = 1 g carbs
1 slice tomato = 0.5 g carbs
1 pickle = 0.5 g carbs
green beans = 4 g carbs
+1000 mg Metformin
+50 mg CoQ10
+1000 mg Cinnamon

TOTAL = 6 g carbs


SNACK 3:10 p.m.
