Monday - 28/Dec/2009 - DINNER & SNACK

DINNER – 6:00 p.m.

 

Sweet Slow Cooker Pork Chops (from D.C.’s low carb slow cooker cookbook)

A few green onions, cauliflower & radishes

Fried Jicama (in coconut oil)

1 tiny fried red potato

Water

 

SNACK – 8:30 p.m.

 

1 slice home made almond flour/golden flax bread

2 tbsp peanut butter (natural skippy)

2 tbsp sugar free strawberry jelly (great value)

1 cup coconut milk

2 tbsp cocoa powder

Heavy cream

2 packets truvia
